AdventHealth Waterman Hosts Free Health Expo

On March 31 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., AdventHealth Waterman, in collaboration with the Umatilla Seventh-day Adventist Church will host the Feel Whole™ Health Expo at the Eustis Community Center at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis. 

 

The Feel Whole™ Health Expo is a scientifically-based free community event designed to identify potential life-threatening diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease, as well as educate the community on improving whole person health, quality of life, longevity and how to reduce cost of medical bills.

 

During this community event, AdventHealth Waterman will provide free screenings, including blood glucose, full lipid panel, blood pressure, body fat, pulse, height, weight, and body mass index (BMI).  Lung strength will also be measured and participants will receive a personalized computer-generated health assessment with one-on-one consultation with a health professional.

 

Guests can also receive anti-stress massages and experience informative physician breakout presentations on diabetes, growing healthy kids, culinary medicine, high-performance aging and natural remedies.
