Crayola Experience

By Sarah Schwerin June 28, 2017

One of my favorite smells is the smell of a new box of Crayola Crayons. Yes, it has to be Crayola. I am a crayon snob. So the Crayola Experience, at the Florida Mall in Orlando, holds a special place in my heart. From the outside entrance, giant, playful crayons invite you to enter the interactive attraction. The Crayola Experience is jam packed with 26 exhibits that invite guests to create and play. Climbing through the playground, molding with clay, making your own custom crayon, and creating a masterpiece with melted crayons are just a few of the unique experiences guests can enjoy while visiting. My middle school aged boys had fun, especially since we went with a group of friends. However, the attraction is geared more toward the elementary age set and under. Yet, almost everyone will enjoy the live theater show, which depicts how crayons are made. If you plan to visit the Crayola Experience, don't miss their website which offers deals on annual passes ($29.99 each) and tickets ($19.99). Guests can expect to spend around 3-4 hours at the attraction. My favorite part of the Crayola Experience was the gift shop where you can pick your own pack of wonderful smelling crayons.
