Local Libraries Offer Loads of Fun This Summer!

Performances, Crafts, Science Experiments, Parties & More

By Brooke Frizzell July 24, 2014
Does the thought of keeping your kids entertained this summer leave you feeling exhausted? Step back and take a deep breath. Area libraries have taken the stress out of your days by filling the calendar with amazing performances, crafts, experiments, shows, parties, & of course Summer Reading Programs to keep your children learning all summer long.

Visit North Lake Macaroni Kid all summer long to see the events that are scheduled for each day this summer. Did you know that you can easily tailor the calendar to fit your families interests? Click on an event that interests you. Then under the event click, "Add to My Macaroni". After adding the event, you can come back and see just your events under the MY MACARONI tab that can be found at the top or bottom of the North Lake Macaroni Kid website. This feature is a great tool to use on days where you are in a rush and don't have time to look at the enter listing of events. You can just quickly scan the events that you have already flagged for your family.

We will be adding more and more events, so please check back often and share our calendar with your friends. Who doesn't want to keep their kids busy for FREE? (Almost all events listed are no cost.)
